Rusty had been enjoying some videos on youtube about cooking Thai food. So after seeing the one about spring rolls, we decided we were going to give them a try. We had all of the ingredients on hand except we needed some fresh spring roll wrappers. By the time we got home from church on Sunday, Pawn already had the fried pork frying. See, we had stopped by the market on the way home from church so Pawn had a head start on us. Hope took over the frying while Pawn and I prepared the spring roll ingredients. We had fun making them. They're not hard at all!
Rusty was the picture taker and video maker. He likes doing commentary. : ) I always hate my voice on video, but it's fun. We didn't video this part, but we were thankful we have a spacious kitchen. My kitchen was so small in America...one person is about all it can hold. The lunch turned out great! It was a great Sunday lunch and very easy to prepare.
