The End of an Era

As Rusty was returning from Isaan, he flew through Bangkok and connected at the old international airport. Thai Airways has now stopped flights in and out of Don Muang and will transfer all flights to the new international airport. Rusty made it through on the last night. It's kind of sad for us because this is the airport we first used in Thailand. We've had many delays there and felt like we knew the place well. Most importantly the Burger King was much more convenient there. We could eat there anytime we passed through Don Muang. The new international airport has the Burger King in the international terminal. Yuck! What are we going to do when we're not transferring to an international flight? I'm hoping Suvarnabhumi changes the Burger King location!
